When will my order ship?
We typically ask for less than 3 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However, due to CLITID, we ask for your patience. Orders could ship in 3-4 business days. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by standard shipping or DHL express shipping. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
How does international shipping work?
Average total transit time is 7-15 business days for free shipping, 7-10 business days for flat shipping and 3-7 business days for DHL express shipping. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
In addition, we will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. However, if your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL Express /FedEx is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL Express /FedEx is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. What’s more, most orders will ship from our warehouse in New York and California, while a few low inventory or specialty items will ship from our factory in China. To get your full order on its way, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations so you’ll receive a couple packages.
If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers. We’re pros when it comes to tracking packages, let us know if we can help locate yours.
How do I know that my order has been shipped and track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number through which you can track your order online.
Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

How do I return an item?

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
Please note, due to the impacts of COVID-19 globally, many carriers are experiencing delivery delays.
Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered:
* The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
* A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package on your behalf
* The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance
What you can do:
* Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package.
* Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
* Contact us for additional assistance(Asking local carrier contact info). LIT Activewear cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
